Adult Improv Level II and a Half: Scene Work!

$300

with Andrew Long

Calendar May 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm

During this 8-week course, we will focus on the building blocks of an improvised long-form scene: clear initiations, well-defined characters and points of view, gifts (both offered and received), strong emotional reactions, pattern/game, object work, and edits. As a group we will choose and become familiar with a specific form or two, perhaps with an eye toward an end-of-term showcase. We also might play some short-form games, for variety's sake.

Curious about improv but confused by the previous paragraph? That's ok! Newcomers need only the willingness to learn and the desire to have fun! Have questions? Please email me at aklong@gmail.com.
